i got Spybot but it rlly anyoying with regisry changes so now only avg
and avg at www.grisoft.com

For the record I hate Ewido.

My setup:
AVG
Bit Defender
Spybot S&D
Ad-Aware SE
Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Sygate Personal Firewall
Fully patched Windows (most important)

NAT router (nothing beats NAT for inboud protection)
Vigilance (watching bandwidth use+firewall logs)
Not using IE (and therefore being less targetted)
COMMON SENSE (don't download hotsexypregnant doges.exe or freepokergame.msi, it WILL be bad for your system)
