howbout we change the layout of the forum

After this we start working on The logo`s and so on

^same here, this is an all-new layout for me, and my hands are kinda full running our forums too.

Hi there, I just got back from a week in Turkey with the girlfriend - will take a look at this soon, I like the idea and will make some changes. Need you guys (Keen & Mirage) to help me with this sort of stuff, you are both setup as admins and can setup your clan members with mod status here too.

Perhaps we should get together on TS and go over how the forum works and how to change things (it's all pretty easy)

Just give me a shout when you are free (remember I am stuck with GMT timezone) and we can discuss these things - would also like to see more involvement from members interested in taking a more active role in running the alliance - so please bring along trusted members (zepher & cloud springs to mind) who can help to run the forums/server and alliance in general.

I would like to see lots of polls whenever there is a big decision to be made - if people don't vote it is their problem (much like that idiot Bush sat in the White House) but we need to offer people the opportunity to have their say and get involved.

Set a time, let me know - spam forums with info - cu there

oy. this week is pretty bad for me. i'm only available after 7pm CST (errr ... 1am GMT the next day) until Friday. On saturday i might be more available though. but yeah we all need to sit down and talk thru this ... will this be possible while mirage is gone? zepher's also gone this week to ... went to visit his sister in conneticutt ... soooo maybe sometime next week would be better? not sure. anyway.

Yeah i like the ideas here it will surely get things rolling!
I think having a section on what the clans can do together might be a good idea like fun wars, clan wars and hopefully some joint clan wars against two other clans
It will be cool to have some offical things up there stating the obvious rules and few they are But just so it's there for everyone to see
