If you are banning a player from the server, please ensure that they are tested if there is any doubt that they are not cheating.
Post the IRC logs of the ban here in a new topic with the title being the players name(s) - also post any evidence of the cheating in that post (screenshots/IRC logs etc).
This will allow all moderators to know who is banned and why and address any problems more efficiently.
