umm idk much about this stuff, photoshop is what most people use, but it costs money (cracked versions are available on the net but you have to be careful of what you download) alternatively there is a program called GIMP which as I understand it is free - never used it so I can't really comment, google should help you out - just stick the parental controls on so you don't end up with millions of sick porn pages popping up, lol.
