I think we need some mod training lessons sometime for all the clans. too many incidents accuring in the server that could be fixed with some training I think. I don't know if light could help but I think this is important for our overall reputation.

would be nice to hold a training session - perhaps allow members who are not up to speed to attend along with anyone nominated by their clan leadership if they feel extra training is reuired.
Perhaps we could get some lists of people, first off experienced mods/leaders who would be willing to help train and also a list of people who will attend training sessions.

I know NXC uses a mod handbook that we give out to all our mods (or at least akil's supposed to give it out) detailing the commands and conduct rules that they should follow and things of the such.
